If you have irritation and redness on your skin, especially now during the pandemic…Is your medical face mask overwhelming and irritating your skin?
You should try this DIY face mask that helps soothe and calm your skin. The good part is that it is made with all-natural ingredients, easy and quick to make, and it’s cost-friendly.
People are exercising more and taking more clarity breaks than ever before. Modern life is stressful, which is why frequent exercise and mindful relaxation, and focus are keys to a great and healthy life. However, skin is usually ignored in the health craze, which is problematic, because the skin needs to be looked after too.
Great skin is the key to looking youthful, radiant, and beaming, and the texture and hydration of skin can be improved with a face mask. However, many store-bought face masks are incredibly expensive and use a litany of chemicals that may end up doing more harm to your skin than good. If you want to pamper your skin and keep it looking fresh, smooth, and young, you need a face mask where every ingredient is known and accounted for.
Do It At Home
This is why you need a do-it-yourself face mask. DIY face masks are fun to make and will work just as well as a store-bought face mask will, but they come with the added benefits of total transparency and affordability.
All of an expensive face mask’s benefits are still present, such as soothing your skin and reducing redness and inflammation in key areas. Making natural and at-home face masks is a simple process as well. All you need to do is gather up your ingredients and toss them together in a natural mask.
DIY Face Mask Recipe to Soothe and Calm Your Skin
This is a popular and incredibly effective face mask that you can make for little money and in only a few minutes. I make this DIY face mask at home myself.
What you’ll need:
Take one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of coconut oil. Mix them together with only a quarter of a ripe avocado and two drops of lavender oil. After you’re done with the mixing, just paint and leave it on your face for 10-30 minutes. This DIY face mask can be put on 1-3 times a week, depends on your availability and your liking.
You’ll have a face mask that will soothe skin, reduce redness, and keep you feeling healthy, young, and vibrant. Your skin will be hydrated by the essential fatty acids of the ingredients and the moisture will help protect your skin against dirt, grime, and other irritants.
