Overnight Poppy Seed Lemon Oats
- Large Jar
- 1/2 cup Quick or Regular Rolled Oats
- 2 tbsp. Hemp Seeds
- 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp. Poppy Seeds (optional)
- 3/4 cup Soy Milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 3/4 cup Sweetened Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
- 1 Lemon Zest
- Mix the oats, hemp seeds, chia seeds, poppy seeds and lemon zest together in a large jar. Pour in the soy milk and coconut yogurt and mix again. Place into the fridge overnight. This makes an ideal grab and go breakfast in the morning.
